Complete Kitchen Hood, Duct & Exhaust Fan Cleaning

 

Our hood cleaning services remove flammable grease from the interior surfaces of the hood canopies and filters. We ensure compliance with all applicable fire and health codes. We steam/hand scrape and clean the entire hood and duct system from top to bottom. Hood systems must be cleaned regularly, at intervals consistent with usage. Rest assured we always comply in accordance with NFPA 96 Standards.

Our complete kitchen cleaning services remove grease that has accumulated inside the exhaust fans of commercial kitchens as well. Left uncleaned, kitchen exhaust fans eventually accumulate enough grease to become extreme fire hazards. Exhaust system fans must be inspected and cleaned regularly, at intervals consistent with usage. Every part of the kitchen hood system- including the exhaust fan is cleaned in accordance with NFPA 96 Standards for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection.

Access Panel / Door Installation for Grease Ducts

Maintaining proper access to the grease ducts is as important as cleaning frequency. Without proper access, the hood cleaner can not reach what they can't access. Improper access amounts to massive risk for the building. Just one fire can cause millions in damage, not to mention employees lives are at risk. NFPA 96 requires access panels to be installed at every duct turn and every 12 ft at a minimum. Access Panels only have to be installed once and this completely reassures your facilitys safety!
