Cleaning Frequency Schedule
According to NFPA 96 standards, all commercial kitchens should have their hoods cleaned at least once every three months. However, this is just a minimum requirement; some restaurants or commercial facilities may need more frequent cleanings depending on how much they cook or if they use certain types of cooking methods that produce more grease buildup such as solid fuels..
